Dicetek LLC in Dubai is hiring a seasoned Virtual Account Management (VAM) Technical Lead to oversee the architecture, integration, and delivery of our VAM systems across banking platforms. This position is critical to ensuring seamless connectivity between core banking, reconciliation, online banking channels, and client-facing functionalities. We're looking for an expert with hands-on banking technology experience and strong leadership capabilities to drive robust and compliant VAM implementations.

Position Overview
As the VAM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, technical execution, and ongoing optimization of virtual account systems. This includes real-time and batch processing, reconciliation, and integration with core banking systems, payments, and client channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical acumen in banking APIs, SWIFT formats, and system architecture, along with stakeholder and vendor management expertise.
What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and technical roadmap for the bank's VAM platform
• Drive full lifecycle implementations, collaborating with product teams, vendors, and internal departments
• Integrate VAM systems with host-to-host, internet banking, and API gateways
• Oversee mapping logic, virtual-to-real account reconciliation, and transactional flows
• Ensure support for standard messaging and payment formats like MT101 and ISO 20022
• Maintain and evolve system documentation, data flow diagrams, and compliance reports
• Guide UAT, SIT, production deployment, and post-go-live support and tuning
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and product managers to align system behavior with client needs
• Supervise development teams to uphold quality, performance, and scalability benchmarks

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years in banking technology, including 3+ years in VAM or Cash Management
• Strong command of liquidity management, transaction banking, and reconciliation flows
• Experience with core banking system integration and virtual ledger systems
• Familiarity with SWIFT (MT, ISO 20022), APIs (SOAP/REST), and banking communication protocols
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Oracle DB, XML/JSON, SQL, Kafka, or MQ tools (preferred)
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional communication skills
