Role Summary
As an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant at Dicetek LLC Dubai, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure applications, lead testing activities, and drive performance enhancements in Oracle Supply Chain systems. Your contributions will ensure streamlined operations and support large-scale transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements across Procurement, Inventory, Contracts, and Maintenance
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM applications and support Oracle EBS modules
• Translate business needs into functional designs and enhancements
• Lead end-user training, UAT, and change management initiatives
• Coordinate resolution of production issues and system performance improvements
• Manage service requests with Oracle support and internal technical teams
• Support automation testing and develop OTBI reports
• Maintain and cleanse master data, ensure accurate migration, and document system behavior
• Collaborate on integration projects involving tools like Maximo, Tririga, or SAP

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle implementation projects in SCM and Procurement
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and EBS SCM modules
• Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL, and automation testing tools
• Experience in 3rd-party system integrations and data governance practices
• Ability to manage data quality, documentation, and process efficiency
