Role Summary
As an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant based in Dubai, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle SCM solutions, and driving user adoption across multiple domains including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Contracts. This role offers the opportunity to work on transformation initiatives and support large-scale public sector or enterprise projects.
What You'll Do

• Gather and document business requirements across supply chain functions
• Implement Oracle SCM Fusion applications and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite modules
• Conduct business process analysis and design custom solutions
• Deliver end-user training and manage system upgrades
• Manage service requests and configuration issues in coordination with Oracle support
• Oversee testing activities including UAT, integration, and automation
• Develop Oracle OTBI dashboards and reports
• Maintain accurate finance master data and support data migration
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of Oracle SCM implementation experience
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Procurement and SCM modules
• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL, and data extraction
• Exposure to third-party tools like Maximo, Tririga, or SAP is a plus
• Hands-on with data migration, cleansing, and testing
• Familiarity with Oracle FDI/FAW and API integrations
