Job Responsibilities:

Budgets, Reports, and Analytics
- Prepare Staff Cost, CAPEX and OPEX Budget for all BU's and support in forecast for 5 years.
- Prepare 1QF & 2QF actual & projection for ongoing year.
- Setup OPEX & CAPEX monitoring template internally with control over monthly expenses and prioritize OPEX based on need / on urgent requirements.
- Monitor, Manage and Enhance Budget monitoring template as and when required.
- Prepare and share ebis budget template with finance team.
- Act as a HR point of contact for Finance Team.
- Ensure all HR & Admin expenses are monitored and there is cost savings for all applicable items / activities.
- Custodian of HR & Admin Budget and monitor cost mapping exercise and ensure actual expenses are in line with budget.
- Manage and Maintain Reports on COS & OH comparison and HC movement Monitoring.
- Timely support and submission of required group Reports
- Final Review of Payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Provide Inputs for collation of the HR Dashboard under the compensation & Benefits domain for All UAE BU's.

Performance Management
- Coordination for the annual KPI & Strategy meet and Collation of the final departmental KPI's.
- Preparation of Drafts and communication of timelines for each stage of performance appraisal.
- Follow up and support functions for effectively conducting all stages of appraisal and sharing inputs whenever required.
- Facilitation and adherence of top to bottom goal setting approach till AM category.
- Finalization on the appraisal guidelines ensuring adherence to bell curve and inputs for any deviations.
- Conducting and coordinating for PMS sessions for new joiners and refresher sessions for existing staff.
- Assisting employees with PMS related queries during the goal setting / interim review & year end review exercise.
- Lead implementation on the e-pms, to digitalize user friendly experience and keep up with the industry standards.
- Undertake any other duties, as may from time to time be required, including any Process enhancement on the existing practices.

Quality (ICRM & Audits) & Compliance
- Lead and Manage the Documentation for Internal Control and Risk Management (ICRM).
- Create, Monitor and Update ICRM Report and Manage Access Controls & send Monthly ICRM calendar of tasks to compliance team.
- Conduct Compliance & Audit of Personal File Management.
- Ensure compliance in the GMS & PWC Audit for HR & Admin department.

HRMS Implementation
- Complete pre-work on HRMS implementation including but not limited to comparison of vendors, discussion with group IT & HR, testing demo, cost comparison, etc.
- Implement a new cost effective HRMS to cover the ESS, Core HR & Payroll module to help support the reduction of manual work, error free & timely reports, implement monitoring & control measures, etc.

HR Projects
- Responsible for specific Recruitment-related projects and as required, do research, and coordinate the project to make future recommendations for better HR services and process improvement.
- Represent the department as required in relation to specific project areas of activity and to ensure that other members of the team are kept fully informed of decisions and developments. Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for projects.
- Meet with management to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities.
- Have a deep understanding of the businesses and their processes in the UAE and possess business acumen.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in similar HR roles.
- Proficient in spoken and written English Language.
- Relevant experience in HR generalist roles, within fast-paced multinational companies and depth understanding of current employment law and HR best practice.
- A Bachelor's or master's degree in the relevant field.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Candidates should have experience in Advanced Excel including Macros.
- Previous experience in implementing HRM software is a must.
