Introduction A Community Management Specialist is responsible for managing and handling communications with doctors and patients through our digital platforms such as Social Media, WhatsApp, Email, and Telephone. The Ideal candidate will have experience in aesthetic medicine marketing with a specialty in managing marketing communications. Job Responsibilities

Serves as the primary contact for digital communications, supporting the sales process by persuading B2B and B2C customers to choose our technologies and services. Engage with customers professionally and knowledgeably through text, images, and video across all marketing and communication channels. Responds to inquiries from customers and patients promptly, adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Regularly update FAQs and their associated responses. Enhance responses and communications to boost conversion rates. Monitor, track, and report on feedback, complaints, questions, suggestions, and reviews, communicating this information to marketing and sales stakeholders. Assist in optimizing and creating content based on insights gathered from daily marketing communications with customers. Engage with content from customers, suppliers, and international key opinion leaders, providing regular updates to the social media team for inclusion in the social media calendar. Update marketing stakeholders on the latest aesthetic medicine trends on social media. Qualifications & Requirements

Selling & objection handling skills. Bilingual (Arabic & English). Excellent verbal and writing communication skills. Firsthand experience with social media moderation; aesthetic medicine experience is preferred. Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem solver.
