Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of Arabic dishes (e.g., mezze, grills, rice dishes, sauces, and breads)
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards as set by senior chefs
Prepare mise en place and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations according to food safety standards
Assist with receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies
Support senior chefs during service and handle basic cooking tasks independently when required
Comply with HACCP, health, and safety regulations at all times
Minimize waste and handle food products responsibly
