Seeking a passionate and skilled Commis 2 (Emirati Cuisine Cook) to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong understanding of traditional Emirati dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Emirati cuisine.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Work efficiently with the team to meet service deadlines.
Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably with knowledge of Emirati cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Good communication and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
