We are looking for a passionate and creative Commis Pastry to join our Restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Ensure all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Pastry Chef.
Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Support senior chefs in daily operations and special events.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and baking principles.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
