Labelle Cafe is looking for a
skilled and motivated Commis de Partie (CDP)
to join our kitchen team. The CDP will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, assisting in food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dishes according to cafe recipes and standards. Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen. Assist junior kitchen staff (Commi 1/2/3) in their tasks. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen. Maintain inventory and stock for your section.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar kitchen role is preferred. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with leadership skills. Flexible to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
