Taparelle Restaurant (Manarat, Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi ) is looking for a passionate and reliable Commis or Demi Chef de Partie to join our Pasta Section. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in Italian cuisine and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of fresh pasta dishes
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
Requirements:
Previous experience as Commis or Demi CDP in Italian or similar cuisine
Basic knowledge of pasta preparation (fresh or dry pasta)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
