Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Indian dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared, measured, and organized before service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Follow recipes and presentation standards for consistent dish quality.
Support in preparing curries, tandoori items, breads, and regional specialties.
Monitor food storage and ensure proper labeling and rotation of ingredients.
Assist in receiving and checking the quality of raw materials.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Comply with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Continuously learn and improve culinary skills within the Indian cuisine section.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
