Commis Bakery
Job Description
Prepares bread rolls, breads and other baked goods; prepares and combines necessary ingredients according to the given recipe.
Assists in determining appropriate quantity of food items for baking according to the order and extends recipes as needed; maintains food quality standards including appearance, and nutritional requirements.
Monitor temperature of foods to assure safety and quality standards are met; monitors water temperatures to assure proper temperature for breads.
Bake products according to time and temperature guidelines.
Clean equipment and appliances and stores food supplies; assure compliance with kitchen sanitation and safety procedures and regulations; clean refrigerators and storerooms on daily basis.
Store unused food and supplies; disposes of unusable leftovers; utilize proper methods of handling food while being stored.
Records amounts of food produced as assigned; assists with inventory and maintains routine records as directed; prepares records of foods cooked and foods leftover.
Adheres to the appropriate code of ethics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* Bakery: 3 years (Preferred)
