We are currently seeking a Commis Baker with experience in the bakery industry.
Duties:
Monitoring the dough and raw materials to ensure the highest quality and safest product is produced. Comply with quality expectations and standards Monitoring the entire line including the oven to ensure the highest quality and safest product is produced Complete weight checks on an ongoing basis. Keeping waste to a minimum Able to read, understand and follow manufacturing orders Work in a safe and productive manner Report any food safety and/or quality problems to the Supervisor/Assistant Head Baker Show ability to learn the different types of bread and pastries Maintain a clean, safe working environment for all employees in the bakery production area and packing room. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals; handle sensitive issues with tact, respect, and confidentiality. Perform other job-related duties as required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
