Hiring for a Syrian Commis Baker, who has experienced in the bakery.
Duties:
Monitoring the dough and raw materials to ensure the highest quality and safest product is produced.
Comply with quality expectations and standards
Monitoring the entire line including the oven to ensure the highest quality and safest product is produced
Complete weight checks on an ongoing basis.
Keeping waste to a minimum
Able to read, understand and follow manufacturing and packing orders
Work in a safe and productive manner
Report any food safety and/or quality problems to the Supervisor
Follow the company guidelines.
Show ability to learn the different types of bread and pastries
Maintain a clean safe working environment for all employees in the bakery production area and packing room.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals; handle sensitive issues with tact, respect, and confidentiality.
Perform other job-related duties as required.
