Monitor food quality and presentation throughout the cooking process, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas, in compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders, coordinating efforts to meet service deadlines.
Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions, and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure accurate execution.
Participate in menu development, recipe testing, and kitchen innovation projects as directed by senior chefs or kitchen management
