Commercial Property Manager
Job Description
Requirement: Minimum 1 year experience in commercial property management in Oman
: Manage tenant relationships, including responding to tenant requests, enforcing lease agreements, addressing tenant concerns, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Oversee property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, conducting property inspections, and ensuring properties are up-to-date with local laws and regulations. Manage lease agreements, including negotiating lease terms, ensuring lease compliance, and enforcing lease provisions. Create and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare financial reports for property owners and investors.
