The Role
Property Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Chestertons MENA We are seeking a qualified and experienced property manager with minimum of 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 property and facility management experience in managing a mix of assets including commercial, residential, retail and shops, who will be responsible for the overall management of the company\xe2\x80\x99s property portfolio in Dubai. The role requires a person with a positive and can do attitude who is able to work under pressure whilst providing excellent customer services to our clients. English language is a must, as is a valid UAE driving license and car. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective operation of all properties. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage and coordinate the development and growth of the portfolio. This includes overseeing the delivery of outsourced subcontractor services, such as maintenance and cleaning, to ensure the tenant\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage existing properties and to ensure maximum return and profitability; oversees compliance with terms of leases including dealing with lease renewals, negotiations, timely rental payments, follow up on default payments and legal cases, organizing move in and move out inspections, whilst reporting to the relevant entities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that the properties are operated in a manner consistent with UAE laws and Chestertons\xe2\x80\x99 guidelines and procedures.

Requirements
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 3 years of property management experience with an established property management firm \xe2\x80\xa2 Comprehensive knowledge of property management regulations & laws \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft office and strong working knowledge of Ejari and Tenancy contract preparation \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven relevant experience in terms of managing properties and generating new business leads \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player who is willing to support colleagues beyond designated scope of duties \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving license and own car
