Preparation of Property Budget
Ensure budget approval
Rental collection, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.
Leasing & Occupancy:
Commercial & Residential Leasing
Knowledge of Ejari procedure
Law and regulation of leasing in the UAE
Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
Administration and Communication:
100% Compliance with law and regulations
100% Renewal of Insurance Coverage
Maitenance Supervision
Facility Management
