The Role
Position Title: Property Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading property management company in UAE : . Develop leasing strategies and plans to ensure the highest occupancy level for all units in both Commercial and Residential properties . Create a network of brokers and agencies to ensure leasing clients . Liaise with Maintenance Contractors for the upkeep of properties . Ensure proper implementation and functioning of Property Management Systems to ensure all records are up to date and accurate . Advise on property purchase development and sale for maintenance of a healthy asset portfolio . Advise on software to be used for managing up to date information and flags regards to properties with regular reports . Increase asset value and net income
Requirements
Qualifications: . Male, 40 years old and below . Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; Master's degree is an advantage . At least 8 years experience in property management field and 4 years experience in leasing / sales in the UAE . Must have working knowledge on property management related software
