Job Overview Weatherford, a leading organization in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional tender/proposal submissions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and ethical practices. Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and submission of best-in-class tenders/proposals, coordinating input from technical, commercial, and country stakeholders.
Manage the entire timeline for proposal creation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate with country representatives to develop localized content plans and address tendering requirements.
Commercially and administratively manage contracts from handover through execution and closeout.
Ensure compliance with Weatherford's Security, Compliance, HSE policies, and industry best practices.
Foster effective communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute ideas and suggestions to increase tender/proposal win rates and profitability.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and negotiation abilities
Experience in a tender/procurement environment (desired)
Flexibility to support and interface with diverse teams and backgrounds
Approachable, resourceful, driven, and highly motivated
Excellent influencing and communication skills at all levels
