The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and ethical practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and submission of best-in-class tenders/proposals, coordinating input from technical, commercial, and country stakeholders.
- Manage the entire timeline for proposal creation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with country representatives to develop localized content plans and address tendering requirements.
- Commercially and administratively manage contracts from handover through execution and closeout.
- Ensure compliance with Weatherford's Security, Compliance, HSE policies, and industry best practices.
- Foster effective communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to increase tender/proposal win rates and profitability.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in a tender/procurement environment (desired)
- Flexibility to support and interface with diverse teams and backgrounds
- Approachable, resourceful, driven, and highly motivated
- Excellent influencing and communication skills at all levels
