Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with strong expertise in budget control and cost management for large-scale construction projects. The role involves overseeing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting commercial strategies to achieve project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets. Analyze cost reports, forecasts, and variances. Ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements. Provide commercial support to project teams. Lead cost optimization and value engineering initiatives. Liaise with stakeholders on contractual and financial matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum 10 years of commercial management experience in contracting/construction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
