We Are Hiring - Commercial Manager
We are looking for an experienced
Commercial Manager
to join our team in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, contracts, and procurement. Manage cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration. Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Provide commercial advice and support project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, and cost control. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
