Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Commercial Manager
with extensive knowledge of the construction industry. The candidate will lead all commercial functions across multiple projects, including budgeting, cost control, contract negotiation, procurement, and client relationship management. The role is critical for ensuring project profitability, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Lead project budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures Manage contracts, procurement strategies, and supplier/vendor negotiations Oversee financial performance, reporting, and project compliance Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks Provide strategic advice to senior management on commercial decisions Mentor and guide junior commercial staff
Requirements:
15+ years of commercial management experience in large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, and standard contracts Fluency in English;Chinese language skills highly preferred
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Proven track record of delivering profitable projects and managing high-value contractsBenefits:
