- Identify potential tenants and actively pursue leasing opportunities for commercial properties.
- Support in achieving and maintaining high commercial occupancy rates.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates, property values, and market trends.
- Display commercial properties to prospective tenants and provide detailed information on property features, amenities, and lease terms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and tenant preferences to make informed recommendations for property improvements or adjustments to leasing strategies.
