We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and leasing residential or commercial properties to prospective tenants, ensuring an excellent customer service experience throughout the leasing process.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly. Prepare and process lease agreements and related documents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and local area amenities. Conduct background and credit checks on prospective tenants. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction and address any concerns. Manage and maintain leasing office records and databases. Assist in marketing and advertising properties through various channels.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
