We are looking for a motivated professional who excels in
reactive troubleshooting

What You'll Do:
Reactive Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment on-site, minimizing downtime.
Emergency Repairs:
Respond to urgent service calls and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections to prevent equipment failures and extend equipment life.
Customer Support:
Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Documentation:
Complete service reports accurately and maintain detailed records of all work performed.
Parts Coordination:
Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the spare parts team for quick resolution.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
3-5 years in troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ovens, dishwashers, grills, fryers, refrigerators, and other kitchen equipment.
Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
Skills & Attributes:
Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Fluent in
English and Hindi
.
Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage.
