Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, chillers, freezers, etc.)
Perform routine preventive maintenance (PPM)
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
Communicate effectively with clients on-site
Maintain job sheets and service reports
Requirements:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in kitchen equipment maintenance
Good understanding of
electrical, gas, and refrigeration systems
UAE driving license preferred
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
