Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning

Unpack, assemble, and install kitchen equipment at client sites. Perform equipment testing and calibration to ensure proper functionality. Coordinate with clients and project teams for installation schedules and utility readiness.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct regular preventive maintenance for kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, fryers, cold rooms). Identify faults and diagnose electrical, gas, or mechanical issues. Replace or repair defective parts using appropriate tools and technical knowledge.
Repair & Service

Respond to service calls and resolve breakdowns within the defined SLA timelines. Maintain a service log of all repair activities, including parts used and labor time. Ensure all repairs are compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
Documentation & Reporting

Fill out service reports, maintenance checklists, and customer acknowledgment forms. Report recurring faults and suggest improvements or preventive actions. Update equipment history records in company CRM or service software.
Client Interaction

Communicate professionally with clients to understand service requirements. Educate clients on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting. Provide after-service feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Tools & Safety

Maintain all tools and testing equipment in good condition. Adhere to company and site-specific safety procedures and PPE policies. Report unsafe working conditions or incidents immediately.
Inventory & Spare Parts

Request necessary spare parts from the store or procurement team. Monitor van stock and ensure critical parts are available. Return unused or faulty parts as per company procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:

3-15 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment servicing. Strong technical knowledge of branded equipment (e.g., Electrolux, Rational, etc.). UAE driving license (preferred ).
