Job Description
Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicle to transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to client locations.
Supervise on-site cleaning teams and ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.
Coordinate daily schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs.
Handle client queries politely and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols at all job sites.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Previous experience in cleaning services or supervision preferred. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams and resolve issues on site. Physically fit and willing to assist with cleaning tasks when needed. Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused. Immediate Joiners Preferred
