We are now hiring a

Commercial Broker

to drive business development, manage high-value client relationships, and lead corporate sales efforts across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development & Strategic Sales



Proactively source and secure new corporate partnerships with hotels, event companies, travel agencies, government entities, and high-net-worth organizations. Present customized transportation solutions and demonstrate RSL's unique value proposition to C-level decision-makers. Negotiate and close high-impact B2B contracts aligned with revenue goals.

2. Account Management & Client Success



Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy



Conduct market research to identify trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies. Recommend service enhancements, pricing models, and sales strategies based on data-driven insights. Contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns to attract corporate clients.

4. Reporting & Performance Metrics



Use CRM platforms to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain client records. Prepare regular reports on sales activity, revenue forecasts, and performance against KPIs. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance



Ensure all client agreements and sales activities adhere to company policies and UAE commercial laws. Uphold RSL's brand reputation through professional conduct and commitment to service excellence.

Candidate Profile



Experience:



Minimum

3-5 years

of proven success in B2B sales, commercial brokerage, or corporate account management. Background in

transportation, hospitality, real estate, or luxury services

is highly preferred.

Languages:



Fluency in

Arabic and English

is mandatory (spoken and written).

License:



Valid

UAE driving license

required; must be comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

(Master's is a plus).

Skills & Attributes:



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High commercial awareness with the ability to identify profitable opportunities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage high-value deals independently. Proficient in

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
