Position Summary
We are seeking accomplished and connected

. You will act as a key growth driver, leveraging your network and market knowledge to connect RSL with top-tier clients and close high-impact commercial agreements.
What You'll Do
1. Deal Origination & Client Acquisition
Identify and engage UHNWIs, family offices, real estate investors, aviation operators, and corporate buyers.
Generate qualified leads for luxury transport contracts, private jet charters, and cross-sector partnerships.
2. Strategic Sales & Negotiation
Structure and negotiate high-value B2B and B2C agreements with bespoke service packaging.
Tailor commercial solutions to meet client needs across multiple premium service lines.
3. Relationship & Account Management
Serve as a trusted advisor for key accounts, from first contact to deal closure and after-sales engagement.
Maintain deep relationships with decision-makers across your portfolio.
4. Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
Provide insights on trends in luxury transport, aviation, hospitality, and ultra-high-net-worth behavior.
Recommend go-to-market strategies and bundling opportunities to increase competitiveness.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, pipelines, and conversions.
Ensure all deals are compliant with UAE laws, financial regulations, and internal governance.
What You Bring
Experience:
3-5+ years in commercial brokerage, luxury sales, or business development in one or more sectors:
Private aviation / jet charters
Luxury ground transportation (limousine, concierge mobility)
Real estate (premium residential or commercial)
High-end travel & tourism
Demonstrated ability to close multimillion-dirham deals.
Skills:
Deep client network within the GCC and global luxury markets.
Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
High-level negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital tools proficiency.
Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Aviation, or a related discipline.
Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel regionally as needed.
