We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Commercial Broker

to lead our corporate sales efforts, manage top-tier accounts, and secure high-value contracts across key sectors including hospitality, government, events, and enterprise transportation.

Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development & Strategic Sales



Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with hotels, travel agencies, DMCs, event organizers, embassies, corporates, and government clients. Build tailored proposals and transportation packages aligned with client requirements and budget. Lead commercial negotiations and close complex contracts, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and strategic objectives. Maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.

2. Commercial Brokerage Functions



Act as a broker for third-party vehicle fleet requirements, coordinating between clients and suppliers to fulfill short-term or project-based needs. Source vehicles and service partnerships from trusted vendors to support overflow business or specialized customer requests. Negotiate supplier rates and ensure profitability margins for all brokered transactions. Manage the full transaction cycle--from inquiry to execution, including contracts, invoicing, and after-sales follow-up.

3. Client Relationship Management



Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions that enhance their business operations and travel experience. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess service performance and explore growth opportunities.

4. Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy



Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the luxury transport and mobility sectors. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation campaigns and brand partnerships. Provide strategic input on pricing models, service offerings, and promotional strategies.

5. Reporting & Compliance



Use CRM systems to manage leads, deals, contacts, and sales performance. Prepare and present detailed reports on business performance, client acquisition, and revenue projections. Ensure all transactions and partnerships comply with company standards, data privacy regulations, and UAE commercial laws.

Candidate Profile



Experience



Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial brokerage, corporate sales, or business development, ideally in transportation, hospitality, real estate, or high-end service sectors. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.

Education



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.

Language Skills



Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is

mandatory

. Additional languages are a plus.

Licensing



Valid UAE Driving License required; willingness to conduct regular client visits and attend industry events.

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong interpersonal and communication skills with C-level influence. High commercial acumen and analytical ability to identify and maximize revenue opportunities. Independent, driven, and capable of handling field and office-based sales activities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
