Job Description

The Commercial Accounts Specialist is responsible for providing financial insight and analysis to support commercial decision-making, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability. This role involves partnering with various business units to evaluate performance, manage budgets, analyses margins, and identify opportunities for growth.

Vehicle Registration, Insurance, & Delivery Coordination



Ensure all tasks and processes related to vehicle sales, registration, delivery, and documentation are carried out efficiently and accurately. Provide training, guidance, and development to the administration staff to enhance performance and professional growth. Oversee the coordination of vehicle registrations, insurance arrangements, and vehicle delivery processes with relevant departments and government bodies, ensuring all requirements are met within deadlines. Ensure smooth internal processes for vehicle handover and customer onboarding.

Inventory & Sales Monitoring



Monitor showroom vehicle inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring that adequate stock is maintained for sales activities. Track and report on vehicle movements, deliveries, and showroom stock status.

Financial Coordination:



Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoices, payment collection, and reconciliation of sales transactions. Ensure proper handling of internal and external sales, including fleet and bank approvals. Oversee margin approval processes, ensuring compliance with company targets.

Sales & Promotional Support



Collaborate with the sales team to manage promotions and vehicle reservations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Oversee the handling and distribution of Extended Warranty Booklets and related paperwork. Provide ongoing support for the sales team to ensure a smooth customer delivery experience.

Reporting & Analytics



Generate regular and ad-hoc reports related to sales, showroom performance, inventory levels, and administrative functions. Key reports include showroom sales, internal sales outlook, GM sales outlook, profitability reports, sales incentives, warranty tracking, and demo utilization. Analyze sales trends, pending deliveries, and documentation issues to identify areas of improvement.

Sales Incentives & Performance Management:



Maintain detailed records of individual and team sales performance to calculate monthly and quarterly sales incentives. Work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure the accurate processing of incentives and bonuses for eligible staff. Provide weekly and monthly reports on incentive distributions and showroom KPIs to the management team. Support management in incentive planning, review, and strategy development based on sales trends and targets.

Month-End Closing & Targets



Ensure that all booked units across all locations have been invoiced and finalized in line with company processes. Verify that GM standard targets have been met according to predefined benchmarks and report any discrepancies to senior management.

Internal Sales Process Management



Manage internal sales processes for vehicles purchased by AGA-NA and sold to NA Tamam, ensuring all internal sales are documented and processed correctly. Approve and track fleet and bank sales to ensure compliance with internal guidelines. Oversee the internal purchase process from AGA-NA and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

Qualifications & Skills required



Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred) Proven experience in a related role with 3-5 years' experience Proven leadership and team management skill Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent understanding of vehicle registration, sales documentation, and inventory management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Hands-on experience with SAP and Proaxia systems Experience with automotive sales software and CRM systems (advantageous) Knowledge of automotive industry standards, including vehicle warranty and extended warranty processes Proficient in spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
