Collections Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients regarding outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Contact clients to follow up on overdue payments
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collection
Maintain records of all communications and transactions
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for updates
Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive situations
Meet monthly targets to earn commission
Requirements
Experience in collections, payment recovery, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Ability to handle pressure and work independently
Benefits
Fixed salary: AED 2,500 - 3,500
Commission based on performance
