As part of our expanding remote operations team, we are hiring a Collections Specialist to support our fast-growing customer base.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Collections Specialist to handle overdue accounts, follow up with customers, and ensure timely payment collection. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Send payment links, invoices, receipts, and renewal reminders.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to validate balances and account details.
• Escalate non-payment cases when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support customers with payment-related inquiries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in the UAE with the ability to work fully remotely.
• Stable and reliable internet connection.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
