payment reminder calls, sending follow-up emails, handling client queries, and providing excellent customer service
regarding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Follow-ups & Reminders:
Contact clients via phone, email, and SMS to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to ensure timely collections.
Highlight accounts that require escalation.
Customer Service & Client Coordination:
Address client inquiries regarding Invoices, payment schedules, outstanding amounts, and receipts.
Provide accurate information about payment policies and procedures.
Ensure a professional and customer-friendly approach in all interactions.
Payment Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client payments and follow-ups.
Update internal systems with payment status and outstanding balances.
Prepare and share collection reports with management.
Email Communication & Documentation:
Send official payment reminders and confirmation emails to clients.
Issue payment receipts and update clients on payment processing status.
Maintain proper documentation for all client communications related to collections.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in real estate development collections.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a collections or accounts receivable role.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate payment terms professionally.
Proficiency in
CRM, Excel and accounting software
related to real estate collections.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
