ROLE OVERVIEW
The CX team represents HR, supporting colleagues throughout their employment lifecycle and delivering a positive colleague and stakeholder experience. As brand ambassadors, they are often the first point of contact for new joiners and play a key role in shaping first impressions.
The HR Service Centre provides face-to-face, real-time support for colleague queries in a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of HR and brand ambassador through the HR Service Centre
  • Provide face-to-face and helpdesk support to colleagues, resolving HR queries in real time
  • Deliver an excellent colleague experience through professional, welcoming, and empathetic service
  • Manage HR Operations inbox and service requests
  • Maintain accurate HCM/HR system data and personnel records throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Process HR transactions in line with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times
  • Support office administration, PRs, stationery, and inventory management
  • Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and cross-functional support across CX streams
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Education & Qualifications
Essential
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Desirable
  • Postsecondary education (optional but beneficial): Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Years of Experience
Essential
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources

  • Oracle HRMS experience
Proficiency in multiple languages
