We are seeking a skilled Coffee Roaster to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with roasting equipment and a strong understanding of coffee profiles and quality control. He should be able to roast coffee beans according to company standards, monitor roast quality and consistency and maintain cleanliness and safety of roasting area.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of roasting experience
Knowledge of different roast levels and bean types
Attention to details and passion for coffee
