Overview
As a Coffee Roaster, you will be responsible for roasting high-quality coffee beans to perfection. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible taste and aroma of every blend.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain coffee roasting machines and equipment.
Prepare and blend green coffee beans to the desired roast level.
Monitor roasting process and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality roasted coffee.
Perform quality control tests on roasted coffee to ensure it meets the company's standards.
Clean and maintain roasting equipment and work area.
Requirements
Previous experience in coffee roasting or related field is preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills (for machine programming).
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed.
