Job Description
Coffee Roaster & Head Barista to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes specialty coffee, understands roast profiles, and delivers exceptional customer experiences behind the bar. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute small-batch coffee roasting with consistency and quality. Develop roast profiles, cupping notes, and seasonal offerings. Lead daily bar operations and maintain high standards of espresso extraction and brewing. Train baristas, ensure quality control, and uphold cafe workflow standards. Oversee inventory for green beans, roasted coffee, and all bar consumables.
