You will manage daily coffee shop operations by training staff, maintaining the quality and consistency of drinks, managing inventory, overseeing customer service, and handling administrative tasks like scheduling and maintaining checklists. You are responsible for leadership, staff development, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, with the ultimate goal of providing an excellent customer experience.
Staff Management and Training
Training & Mentoring :
Educate new and existing baristas on drink preparation, latte art, company policies, and customer service techniques.
Scheduling:
Create staff schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage for shifts.
Performance:
Supervise staff, conduct performance assessments, and foster a positive and motivated team environment.
Leadership:
Lead by example, serve as a mentor, and actively work to create a superior cafe experience.

Operations and Quality Control
Beverage Quality:
Ensure all coffee and beverages are prepared to the highest standard, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage stock of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and ensure coffee equipment is functioning correctly.
Compliance:
Implement and manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
Customer Service and Sales
Customer Experience:
Create and maintain a positive and customer-focused culture, ensuring excellent customer service.
Complaint Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively.
Sales & Revenue:
Maximize revenue by suggesting upselling opportunities, promoting special items, and increasing customer loyalty.
Administrative Responsibilities
Basic Office Tasks:
Handle various office duties, which may assisting with administrative functions.
Cash Handling:
Oversee cash transactions and ensure proper procedures for cash handling and deposits are followed.
Opening & Closing:
Complete the opening and closing procedures for the coffee shop, including security measures and equipment checks.
Experience:
Barista experience for over 3 years
Excellent Latte Art Skills
