Everbloom Chocolate & Flower Boutique is seeking an experienced
Head Barista
to lead coffee operations and manage cafe-related tasks as we expand our boutique offerings in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Craft and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
Train and supervise baristas to maintain service standards.
Manage inventory, supplier relations, and equipment maintenance.
Develop innovative coffee offerings and pairings with our handcrafted chocolates.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a
Head Barista
or in a leadership role in a cafe setting.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and industry trends.
Leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage staff, operations, and financial aspects of the cafe.
Passion for creativity and enhancing the customer experience.
