Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate

Head Chef

with a flair for creativity and excellence to lead our open kitchen. You will play a key role in shaping our culinary identity, maintaining the highest food quality standards, and delivering a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop menus and recipes that reflect Choco Berry Boutique's vision and delight our guests. Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ingredient quality, and stock control. Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistent performance and development. Oversee customer service from a culinary perspective, ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, maintaining checklists, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with Dubai food safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior culinary role in a cafe, restaurant, or similar environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Creativity and passion for innovative menu development. Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Having your own UAE visa is an advantage.
