Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and supply chain management
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards, implementing necessary protocols and training for staff
Oversee EMR systems to ensure accurate and secure patient information management
Manage the billing process, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
Monitor clinic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
Provide training and support for staff on EMR systems, billing procedures, and compliance matters
Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external partners, including vendors and insurance companies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
Significant experience in clinic operations management, preferably in a Dubai-based healthcare setting
In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations, EMR systems, and billing processes
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
