Oversee daily operations of the clinic ensuring smooth high standards of service and efficiency.
Ensure smooth coordination between all departments doctors, nurses, reception, and administrative teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards, implementing necessary protocols and training for staff
Oversee EMR systems to ensure accurate and secure patient information management
Manage the billing process, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
Monitor clinic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
Provide training and support for staff on EMR systems, billing procedures, and compliance matters
Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external partners, including vendors and insurance companies
Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff
Significant experience in clinic operations management, preferably in a Dubai-based healthcare setting
In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations, EMR systems, and billing processes
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
