A boutique medical center is urgently looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager for their clinic located in Jumeriah, Dubai.
Job responsibilities:
The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for both overseeing daily clinic operations and coordinating with the marketing team for initiatives to attract new patients and promote services. Key responsibilities include managing clinic staff, budgets, and patient relations, while also developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital presence (social media, website), and coordinating promotional events and campaigns.
Clinic management responsibilities:
Operations: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring all areas are running smoothly and efficiently.
Staff Management: Supervise clinic staff, manage human resources functions like hiring and training, and ensure compliance with healthcare rules and safety guidelines.
Financial Management: Work with the Finance team to administer the clinic's budget, manage expenses, oversee inventory, and handle financial analysis.
Patient Care: Address patient complaints and ensure a positive patient environment. Manage and improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Marketing responsibilities
Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote clinic services, enhance brand awareness, and increase patient engagement.
Digital Marketing: Manage the clinic's online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
Campaigns: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
Content: Collaborate with medical staff to create informative and targeted marketing content, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Community Outreach: Plan and coordinate community events and outreach programs to build brand visibility and connect with the local community.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, report on outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify patient needs, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven experience in both clinic management and healthcare marketing, preferably within Dubai.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare industry regulations and standards.
