to act as the primary liaison between our clients, architects, estimators, and production teams. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, ensuring client requirements are fully understood, project timelines are maintained, and deliverables meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client meetings and thoroughly understand project requirements.
Analyze project briefs, resolve missing details with architects, and prepare RFIs for clients.
Create Estimation Job Orders (EJOs) and coordinate with estimators for quotations.
Validate quotations, share with clients, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Prepare comprehensive project timelines covering production, shipment, installation, and site visits.
Conduct internal kickoff meetings and represent the marketing perspective.
Ensure approved technical drawings are finalized and handed to project engineers for production.
Monitor daily project progress, address concerns, and inform clients of delays or resolutions.
Notify clients about installation schedules, secure necessary passes, and supervise onsite installations.
Submit closure reports with final images, learnings, and touch-up requirements.
Share weekly project trackers detailing approvals, ongoing work, and pending tasks.
Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, update financial trackers, and ensure timely project closure.
