Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client communications, and documentation Attend meetings, contribute strategic input, and ensure expectations are aligned across teams Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope Prepare and manage quotations, job orders, and cost/time estimates Maintain accurate records and comprehensive project documentation Address client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings Conduct site visits and represent the company in client-facing situations Negotiate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while balancing client satisfaction and profitability Monitor budget adherence and propose cost-saving measures Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth, end-to-end client experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Business Administration

, or a related technical field

2-3 years

of relevant experience in

Client Servicing, Project Coordination, or Account Management

within

Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Fit-Out industries

(mandatory) Proficient in

MS Office

, especially

Excel

(formulas, reports, data handling) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities Valid

UAE Driving License
