What You'll Need:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Engineering

,

Business Administration

, or a related technical field

Experience:

2-3 years in

Client Servicing

,

Project Coordination

, or similar roles within the

Advertising

,

Printing

,

Fit-Out

, or

Signage

sectors (mandatory)*

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

MS Office

, especially

Excel

(data handling, formulas, and reporting)

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organization:

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

License:

Valid

UAE Driving License

Availability:

Flexibility to meet project-specific schedules

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments Translate client requirements into actionable project briefs and plans Coordinate across

design

teams to ensure timely delivery Support the sales team with client communication, documentation, and scheduling Join client and internal meetings to provide updates and strategic input Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time Prepare accurate

Maintain organized project files and documentation Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and other channels Conduct
