Client Servicing Executive

to be a vital link between our clients and internal teams.

Key Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Engineering, Business Administration,

or a related technical discipline

2-3 years

of proven experience in

Client Servicing, Project Coordination,

or similar roles within

Advertising, Printing, Fit-Out, or Signage industries

(mandatory) Proficiency in

MS Office

, especially

Excel

(formulas, data handling, reporting) Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills Strong

organizational

skills and ability to multitask under pressure

Valid UAE driving license

required Flexibility to work extended hours based on project requirements Strong

analytical

and

problem-solving

abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the

primary point of contact

between clients and internal departments Translate client briefs into

clear, actionable project plans

Coordinate with

design, production, and logistics

teams to ensure timely and quality execution Assist the sales team with

scheduling, client communications, and project documentation

Attend project meetings, provide

strategic input

, and manage stakeholder expectations Track

project milestones

, timelines, and deliverables Prepare

accurate quotations, job orders, and cost/time estimates

Maintain detailed

project records

and documentation Respond to client inquiries promptly via email, calls, or meetings Conduct

site visits

and participate in client meetings when required Negotiate

pricing, deliverables, and timelines

, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability Monitor

budgets

and recommend

cost optimization
